Shipping Information
We ship in stock items by UPS within 3 working days of receipt of order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. If an item is out of stock or back ordered, we will ship advise you of the expected delay. UPS cannot ship to a post office box, so please include your full street address. Shipping and handling fees are $6.00 for the first item in each shipment and $0.50 for each additional piece in that shipment. All display cases incur an additional shipping charge according to size and weight. Stated shipping charges do not apply to international shipments including Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for a specific quote.
Store Policies
There is $25 Service Charge on all returned checks.
Buyers in the state of Kentucky will be charged 6% sales tax.
NO Merchandise can be returned after 30 days of purchase and Shipping and
Handling Charges are Non-Refundable. All Returned Merchandise subject to a restocking fee.
Receipt MUST accompany all Returns. There are NO Returns on Special Order Items, Defaults in Merchandise or on Merchandise that has been Worn or Used after purchase. Most of our Product is Warranted by the Manufacturer and can be shipped back for repair. Red Hill Cutlery cannot send items back to any Manufacturer for Repairs or Default in Product.
